The "entry ticket" for setting up an import-export department is generally estimated at 150,000 Euros. The cost of acquiring the necessary supply chain skills is often disproportionate and becomes an obstacle in an internationalisation budget.
The solution the latest supply chain concept : 4PL (Fourth Party Logistics) can be translated as the external pilot of your supply chain. Unlike 2PL and 3PL, 4PL does not provide transport, transit and logistics services. As a trusted third party, 4PL is an experienced supply chain professional who organises and pilots your supply chain in its entirety.

4PL guarantees that the objectives set during the design phase are achieved. 4PL is remunerated for its know-how and not by a commission on the services negotiated, which guarantees its objectivity and independence.
